Service scope
SeasonIQ provides research tools, paper strategies, and user-authorized order automation. It is not a promise of profit, portfolio management mandate, or personalized investment advice.
Your responsibilities
You control strategy selection, capital limits, broker access, and whether execution is paper or live. Keep credentials secure and review every enabled strategy.
Trading risk
Markets can move quickly. Orders may be delayed, rejected, partially filled, or filled at a different price. You can lose some or all deployed capital.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew through Razorpay until cancelled. Access continues through the paid period; provider payment and refund rules also apply.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, abuse market or broker APIs, resell access, or use the service unlawfully.
Availability and liability
The service may be paused for incidents, maintenance, regulatory requirements, or broker outages. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
