Data we process
We process account identity, consent records, subscription status, encrypted broker credentials, strategy settings, order events, security logs, and optional Telegram chat identifiers.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to provide the requested service, secure accounts, process subscriptions, execute authorized strategies, meet legal duties, and respond to support or rights requests.
Storage and protection
Broker secrets and chat identifiers are encrypted at rest. Payment credentials remain with Razorpay. Access is role-restricted and sensitive actions are audited.
Sharing and transfers
Data is shared only with necessary processors such as cloud hosting, MongoDB, Resend, Razorpay, Telegram, and Zerodha, subject to their terms and applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention and rights
Data is retained only as needed for service, security, tax, dispute, and regulatory obligations. Use account settings to request an export or deletion; legally required records may be retained.
